Optical illusion

Optical illusions are images that momentarily deceive the brain into unconscious confusion and make it pick up false ideas, filling in spaces that are not clear at first glance.

Can be physiologicalwhen they arise naturally, or cognitivewhen they are created with visual devices.

One of the most famous optical illusion images was created in 1915 by cartoonist W. E. Hill. In this figure, two images can be seen. One is a girl, standing in profile looking away, the other is the face of an old woman looking at the floor.
